I forgot my password

I can't login

  • Make sure you type your username / password correctly and check if capslock is enabled or disabled. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
  • If there were various failed login attemps our system may have temporarily blocked your account. Please wait some time before trying again.
  • It could be your access is blocked because your account password was compromised or you shared your password with other people. Reset your password and try again. If the system does not let you login please contact us so we can investigate and try to solve the issue.
  • Your membership may have expired. In such case our system should inform you upon login. You can also check with our billing processor support page.
  • If you just signed up, please make sure that the transaction completed successfully. It may take some minutes for our system to sync with the billing processor. Visit our biller support page if you still can't login after a few minutes.

The videos don't play on the site

If this happens with a single video only, please email us about it. If it's an issue with all videos on the site please check following steps:

  • Clear all browser cache and cookies and try again.
  • Try a different browser like FireFox or Chrome to see if the issue is related to your browser

I cannot play the videos I downloaded

Might be a video codec related issue. Try using VLC, it's a great video player that has all the needed codecs built in by default.

I want to cancel my membership
